  Hourly support for all home technology needs. Billing is based on active attention time, not the total time required. For example, if diagnosis takes 2 hours and the system runs unattended for 3 more hours, you are billed only for the 2 hours of direct assistance.

• Pro Bono Services

  For those in need of assistance but facing financial constraints, we may offer pro bono services based on availability.
